Managing Director, Founding Partner

Timo has over 35 years of experience from diverse areas ranging from investment banking and corporate finance to asset management, real estate and private equity. Serviced clients ranging from large cap multinationals, family offices to Ultra High Net Worth Individuals
Prior to founding Prudentus Capital, Timo worked as CEO of Pareto Securities Oy.
At Pareto Securities, he was responsible for client relations ranging from mid to small cap corporations relating primarily to capital raisings both in equity and HY debt. Timo also was in contact to various investors ranging from institutional to UHNWIs.
Timo has also served as CEO of E. Öhman J:or Securities Finland, Deputy CEO of Evli Bank, Board member of Nordic Partners Inc in New York.
He has also held board positions in various financial companies. His transactions and clients have ranged from all continents of the world.

Partner

Emilia has over 15 years of experience from a diverse range of corporate finance services including DCM and ECM as well as M&A transactions.
Prior to joining Prudentus Capital, Emilia worked within the Fixed Income team at Pareto Securities AB in Stockholm.
She has worked on over 20 Nordic high yield bond transactions and actively worked on obtaining new mandates from issuers. Her responsibilities involved structuring of bonds, preparation of marketing material and overseeing all necessary work-streams as well as roadshow presentations.
Before joining Pareto Securities AB, Emilia worked within the Corporate Finance team at Pareto Securities Oy in Helsinki.
At Pareto Finland, she worked on a diverse range of transactions involving both ECM, DCM as well as M&A transactions for companies in various industries.

Partner

Juha has over 25 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance and financial consulting.
Prior to joining Prudentus Capital, Juha has been a Senior Equity Analyst at SEB, ABN AMRO Equities, eQ Bank and Nordea Markets as well as a Financial Consultant at WNG in Finland.
As a highly ranked senior equity analyst, he has gained in-depth knowledge about companies operating within energy, engineering, construction and real estate, steel and consumer goods sectors amongst other fields.
Juha has also participated in several IPO, rights-issue, private placement as well as capital raising processes and has acted as a strategic financial advisor for many small to mid-size companies during his professional career.

Associate Director

Julius has 10 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance.
Prior to joining Prudentus Capital, Julius worked at Initia Corporate Finance in Helsinki.
At Initia, his responsibilities involved company and market analysis, preparation of marketing material, valuation as well as general process management.
Before joining Initia Corporate Finance, Julius worked on various capital raisings for Finnish growth companies, including both equity and debt financing.
During his professional career, he has worked on a diverse range of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions as well as private placement and capital raising processes for companies in various industries.
